I’m not sure. It came and it went. Thankfully, I LOVE taking pictures, just in case things fly by much faster than anticipated. So here is April in the form of a picture story, perhaps with a few words thrown in between :)
Open house. The first grade classrooms go all out in Deep Sea madness. The kids did an amazing job! Lance and Xander even got to help put up most of the decorations and help create the classroom. It was really great!
TBALL!
Lots and LOTS of t-ball!
They even got to participate in a parade downtown. All the teams decked out their vehicle of choice and drove down town. They loved it. Then they paraded though the baseball field with their team sign. It was pretty neat!
Zoey watching her big brother “hit the ball” as she likes to say, Xander getting ready to bat.
Zoey with her T-ball buddy. Girls gotta stick together! They love their goldfish and their books!
Xander had a great time playing t-ball. Games were his favorite part and he has told us many times he doesn’t really like 3rd base (because its too boring!) but he loves to bat and play first base and the pitchers mound since that’s where all the balls are hit to! T-ball was an amazing experience and being a baseball mom was great! I’m not sure who is more excited to play again next year, him, or us!
Well a whole lot more happened in April, but its late and my eyes are failing me. So hopefully tomorrow I will finish the rest!
Until next time…
