Every year the elementary schools put on their own version of the Olympics or The Soars Invitational. The have to go the whole nine yards to do it, opening ceremony, a parade, and lots of other things. They even got to pick countries that their classes would represent and wear t-shirts with its name. It really was a great experience and can’t wait until next year!

Thankfully the rain decided to wait until about an hour later and then it pretty much poured!

This is the school principal, Mr. Pruett. He’s a pretty good principal.

Mrs.. Barkmans class represented Egypt! Totally AWESOME!
They weren’t really interested in what was going on unless they were doing it!

Xander’s event was the Long Toss.
He did amazing and I am pretty sure he had fun,
though the expressions on his face were pretty much non-existent,
that and the sun was in their eyes. 
Even if they didn’t place, they still got medals! 
We are so proud of everything this little boy has accomplished this past year. Amazing!
