We had an art show in downtown Newman at the Westside Theater few weeks back. It was really amazing. We got to some of the art created by the Orestimba Art students. The band was also there along with the Yolo Middle School Choir and the Orestimba Choir. It was a nice break to get out of the house and attend and exciting event! To top off the night, we later found out that the whole event was being sponsored by Carol Channing!
Brandi had a piece in the art show, but some how, the art teacher lost it in transit…! Seriously?!
And Ally is part of the Yolo Choir! They were amazing!

The kids also enjoyed themselves. They were a bit cranky throughout the night but they enjoyed as many strawberries and cups of sparkling cider as their little tummies could handle! Needless to say, they slept very well that night and slept in the next morning.
