Class of 2009!!

Graduating class of 2009… Preschool that is. Today was our little boys last day of preschool! We can’t believe how fast it all went by. It seems like yesterday that we were fighting with him just to get him to go to his class!!

Xander acting silly on his last day of school, just like on his first.. and every other day of the school year!

His teacher read off little things about each student and what they had learned about their personalities throughout the year as she handed them their diplomas, Xander was the one who always followed and enforced the rules!

The class photo, which Xander refused to be in! He was really excited and so sad to leave all at the same time!

This is the poem that each student was given my Ms. Zaleski. It was so beautiful, it had me in tears!!

As the diplomas presentation came to an end, Xander began to have a bit of a meltdown. It was finally hitting him that he would no longer be returning to his classroom with all his new friends and teacher. He was very sad to leave. He wouldn’t even say good bye to his teacher or take the class photo, it was definitely a lot for him to take in. We are so proud of him for all that he has accomplished this past year!

He is looking forward to kindergarten though! We are positive he will make even more friends there and have many more adventures to come.
