Litterally... we all know its true, but it becomes even more believable when it happens right in you own family. And now, "It will never happen to us" has no meaning at all....
This morning my mom called me and said she wasnt at work.. she told me that the son of a very close family friend, Bud, had been in a fatal car accident early this morning... I was in shock.. i just couldnt believe what i was hearing.. Out here on these country roads, anything can happen, one lane in each direction and everyone thinks they own the road and its incredibly easy to speed... even when cops are around.. These back country roads are the most unforgiving... They believe that he fell asleep at the wheel and woke to find himself about to run off the road and over corrected, hit something and sent his truck rolling, my mom is keeping us updated as she finds out more information.
Our thoughts and our prayers go out to his family, our close friends. Sometimes i just dont understand why things happen.... May you R.I.P. Bud.
