So today has been pretty short, lol. I just dont know where the day went!!! Lance had to work last night, which kinda sucked since everyone else had today off! But, ya gotta do whatcha gotta do!!! So after lance woke up and we all got showered and ready, lol (which usually takes forever!) We decided to drive out to Turlock..just to find something to do. Well..we ended up shopping, lol.. we bought Xander a lightbright!!!! He just absolutly loves it!!!! I still have the original light bright that i got when i was a kid, when he gets older, i will show him that one! We hit starbucks just before we left, gave xander sometime to run on the grass and get the last bit of energy out before we headed home. We had a good day just hanging out with the time that we had before lance had to go to work. As soon as we got home, Xander ate dinner and played with his new lightbright and then to bed... it has been a quiet night, which has been kinda nice.. instead of a thousand times, lol, Xander only got out of bed once!!! ( which is unusual, lol!)
Oh .. and Lance has been thinking about switching to the day shift. Its really not the job... but the people and the hours.. he misses being home at night with Xander and I, which is understandable and really, we miss him at home too! So we saw a job opportunity in the newspaper for him at a local school looking for an attendence clerk in the office..just under $15 dollars an hour.. so he is going to call them tomorrow and apply. Hopefully that works out.. and he is going to find some other places to apply.. and if nothing happens by next month, he is just going to switch to days at Lowe's and hope for the best (they cant guarantee full time hours or weekends off :( which isnt that great..but atleast he will be home at night.)
