Build A Bear

It seems like I don’t have much time on my hands anymore. I’ve been missing the easy days, when things were simple and all that mattered were video games and sleeping in. These days I couldn’t tell you what it means to sleep through the night or wake up after 6am. Being a mother is the greatest blessing in the world. I couldn’t imagine my life any other way. I love their cute little faces when they wake up so early in the morning, and how Xander loves to make his little sister laugh and how Zoey runs to Xander to make sure he is ok if he gets hurt. They would eat cereal everyday if I could keep it stocked long enough and Zoey will eat cream cheese on anything and everything possible. They keep me young and my spirits high and they make me laugh till it hurts and bring tears to my eyes when I realize how much they have grow. But, oh man, do I miss my sleep!

Being a mom is amazing. Nothing I would trade or change for it, ever.

I think I strayed there just a bit. Here is a bit of what we’ve been doing lately. Just a small update for now.

Early in January we made a trip out to the mall to visit Build A Bear. Xander loves that place and it was Zoey’s first visit. They are practically inseparable from their buddies. Xander, a cat named Cuddles (named after our Cuddzy-bear in heaven) and Zoey, a pink bear named Princess. The kids had a great time. Their smiles and faces, priceless.

hopefully, I will up date more really soon. Its been a tough balancing act, life at home, life at work, the kiddos. This past weekend, a cold kicked my butt! Learning to work it out has been an adventure and I think I am finally figuring it all out. With lots of help from my family. They keep me sane and together <3
