Two weeks ago our high school, Orestimba, had their homecoming. Every year they have a parade that runs right down main street. My cousin, Brandi, is a sophomore this year and in drama club which made a 60’s float for the parade. Each day of homecoming week has a different theme. Monday was decades and one of the days was crazy hair day and so on. Its great and all the school get involved even the elementary school which has their spirit week at the end of the month and then they all get to dress up for halloween! I can’t wait!

The kids had a great time at the parade. It was really nice that the parade was only about thirty minutes long, just enough time and excitement! After, great grandma and grandpa took them for ice cream! Yum!
