Great American Bake Sale... Done!

So yesterday, Lance and I and my whole family, including sister and her boyfriend, and my parents.. and Xander of course :D... all helped out with the baking!!! It was a huge mess in the kitchen ALL day!!! We made, blueberry and chocolate chip muffins, chocolate and white chocolate chip cookies, Magic Bars that Lance's mom gave us, and some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting that turned out totally awesome!! And it was just total chaos!! We started at about 8:30am and didnt end until about 10:00pm, lol, with about a 3 hour break at about 12:30. We had made an appointment with Diablo Grande the day before for 1pm. So we took our break and made the 12 mile drive to the middle of the valley to Diablo Grande. It was a nice drive, until we got there, it was a bit confusing since they were still under construction, so we took a few wrong roads and turns, lol, but made it there about 5 after 1. We met Hilary, the wedding coordinator. She was awesome, young just like us and upbeat and happy! It was really great. Thier wedding locations are awesome! We really loved them. So we are positive that we want our wedding there and plan on making the deposit sometime within the next two weeks or so. We are runnig out of time kinda quickly, lol, and we need to get thing going. I will post an update on that as soon as I have one! The bake sale went pretty good today. We had lots of yummy baked goods. I was surprised a bit by how much stuff actually came. Unfotunatly for some reason, there just werent alot of people coming by! We hd 3 signs posted around the surrounding streets and flyers out around town and blasted it all over the internet and this blog and myspace!!! I still dont know how much we made, but we did donate some money also. And as soon as i know how much we were able to donate, ill let you all know :D Here are the pics!\ Well, i think thats it for now.. not too much has been going on these past few days..mostly just bake sale stuff.. and total chaos, lol!!
